This app allows you to set a specific time for a notification containing temperature and precipitation information to appear on your phone. It is similar to setting an alarm. This is potentially useful for people who check the weather at the same time everyday (e.g. every morning before leaving). Many weather apps are slow because they start downloading lots of information, graphics, and advertisements when you open them, but Weather Notifier downloads its weather data before you even view it and only selects the most important information to display.
